Just how many items in your wardrobe have you worn more than twice?

If you are like most people, you'd probably wear 10% of what's in your wardrobe 90% of the time. As for the rest of the clothes in that cupboard.. well.. they are just taking up space.

Maybe they don't fit you anymore.

OR they make you look fat

OR the color makes you look sickly

OR they aren't in fashion but knowing the way trends recycle, you keep them just in case they will be in fashion one day.

At the end of the day, you are stuck with a wardrobe cramped with clothes, but nothing to wear.

Imagine a wardrobe filled with clothes you actually wear, ALL of which make you look great. Going clubbing, pull out that leather skirt and sexy top right in front of you and you're ready to dance the night away. Going for a date, the problem now, is which outfit to wear since all of them make you look amazing. Going to work? Everything you need for the work week is within an arm's reach.

All that is possible if you declutter. Go through every single item in your wardrobe mercilessly. If it doesn't make you look great, throw it out. Or give it away. Go through the pile of clothes to keep. If anything is too old fashion, don't wait for the trend to return. If it does, it would return with some changes or other or you might be a different size, so sell it on ebay if you must.

Next organize your wardrobe. The ones in the center for work to make getting dressed for work a lot easier, the play clothes or casual outfits to one side. The gorgeous dresses for special occasion right at one end of the wardrobe.

Short of anything. If all your jeans are too tight, throw them all out and go shopping for jeans in your current size. No one sees the label with your size, except you. But everyone would be able to see if your fat spills out of a too small waistband.

Do you have clothes for every occasion? If you go to parties often, make sure you have party clothes, both in classic styles and in trendy styles. If your existing clothes don't do anything for you, get new ones that look great on you.
